Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us via our contact page. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted. Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages or Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it and make it right.


Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to return your original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your payment will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@sencommunicationcards.co.uk.
